Terms and Conditions for Artists in the $HAPPY Coin Project

Eligibility:
This agreement is applicable to the 25 selected artists who have agreed to participate in the $HAPPY Coin promotional campaign. By participating, the artist agrees to the terms as follows.

Compensation Options:
Artists will have the option to choose between the following compensation models:

Fixed Payment:
A one-time payment of 0.5 ETH for creating and promoting artwork related to the $HAPPY Coin project.

Community Donation Model: Instead of the fixed payment, artists may choose to accept donations from the community in the form of $HAPPY tokens. The donations will be displayed publicly on our website, and if the total donation exceeds the equivalent value of 0.5 ETH, the artist may opt to receive the donations in place of the fixed payment.

Art Display:
All submitted artwork will be displayed on the official $HAPPY Coin website in the $HAPPY Gallery. The artist agrees to promote their artwork and the $HAPPY Coin on their social media and ensure that all artwork aligns with the theme and spirit of the $HAPPY Coin project.

Donation System:
A public donation system will be set up on the website where users can send $HAPPY Coin to their favorite artist. After the donation period artists can opt to take the donated $HAPPY Coin instead of the ETH payment. In the case of artists taking a fixed amount of 0.5 ETH the donated $HAPPY will be burned.

Intellectual Property:
All submitted artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist. However, by participating in this project, the artist grants $HAPPY Coin and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote the artwork in connection with the project for marketing purposes.

Distribution of Compensation:
Artists will receive their chosen compensation (either 0.5 ETH or the equivalent in $HAPPY Coin) no later than 30 days after the end of the promotional campaign.

Community Engagement:
Artists are encouraged to engage with the $HAPPY Coin community and promote positive interactions. While there is no strict obligation to promote beyond the submission of their art, further involvement, such as  social media posts, is highly encouraged and could positively affect the amount of donations.

Termination:
The $HAPPY Coin team reserves the right to terminate an artist's participation if they fail to meet the agreed-upon obligations or if their content is found to be inappropriate or damaging to the reputation of the project. In such cases, compensation may be forfeited.

Agreement and Acknowledgment:
By participating in the $HAPPY Coin project, the artist acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms. Any questions or disputes regarding these terms will be resolved by the $HAPPY Coin team at its sole discretion.
